Sort of? If you really like reading, this campaign is for you! The whole game campaign is presented in a comic book style. Surely with this diverse cast of characters I could expect a really engaging narrative, right? One of the 7 characters created for the original storyline. Especially because the unlockables relate to my created character! But I was instead left in the hands of Bolo Reynolds. While I’m always up for seeing a creative roster of characters in a campaign, I really wanted to play as my created character. instead you play as ‘up and coming’ rookie wrestlers. I found out that creating a character isn’t necessary for this mode. You have to play the whole campaign if you want to unlock all abilities, moves, and items.
